Kinshicho

Founded in 1951, the shop is famous for their ningyoyaki which depict characters from the “Honjo Nanafushigi” folktales passed down from the Edo era. The combination of baked smooth cake and bean paste filling is truly an exquisite feature of ningyoyaki.
