Tourist information office and rest house which provides information on local shopping areas and Sumida City.
A life size version of Oshinari-kun, Oshinari shopping street’s PR mascot can be found in the office and visitors can take commemorative photos with the mascot. The name Oshinari-kun derives from the district names Oshiage and Narihirabashi.
Every Saturday and Sunday at 13:30 Oshinari-kun goes for a walk in the area around the office. Recommended spot for visitors who wish to meet Oshinari-kun and as a place to purchase various Oshinari-kun original goods.
