Sobadokoro Kamimura (Kamimura Soba Noodle Restaurant)
Sobadokoro Kamimura uses domestically produced buckwheat flour and pride themselves in their uncompromising production process. Their soba is made in an underground room where the temperature change is minimal. The restaurant is famous for its filling ‘Tower Don’ – a rice bowl dish with three large prawn tempuras, arranged to resemble TOKYO SKYTREE.
