Kurofune-tei is a friendly, long-established restaurant offering Western cuisine that can satisfy shitamachi tastes and that demonstrates the skills of the chef who has a 50-year career in French cuisine. His hayashi raisu dish (beef braised in his special dark demi-glace sauce and served over rice) is very popular.
