In central Tokyo, there are 3 different train systems: subways,
Japan Railways (JR) and private railways.
The subway is the fastest and easiest way to get around central Tokyo.
There are 13 subway lines. Four of them are Toei lines, and others are Tokyo Metro.
Toei lines are operated by Tokyo Metropolitan Government,Tokyo Metro are operated
by Tokyo Metro Co., Ltd.
Each line has a name and a color.
It is easier to find the station name on a subway map if you memorize the color.
