"Toei Transportation Customer Center" launches multilingual customer support
Enhancing customer service with our newly established Foreign Language Customer Support Line
Up until now, at the Toei Transportation Customer Center operated by the Bureau of Transportation of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, we have provided customer support services in Japanese and English.
We are now pleased to announce that in order to respond even better to the needs of foreign passengers visiting Japan, we have established a dedicated Foreign Language Customer Support Service.
We have listened to feedback from individuals, such as our customers, on our services and facilities and in response will be providing multilingual support services for inquiries on matters such as fares, tickets, timetables and routes, and lost and found items in the five prevalent languages of our customers.
1. Languages available
Service will be provided in English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese in addition to Japanese.
*utilizing a three-way calling service provided by a private, multilingual call center operator
