Telephone Interpretation Services
The Bureau of Transportation of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government has introduced telephone interpretation services to offer a safe and comfortable environment to foreign customers and provide more accurate information to them.
5:00 a.m. to 1:00 the following morning
English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese
each station on the Toei Subway lines (excluding Oshiage (SKYTREE), Meguro, Shirokanedai, Shirokane-takanawa, and Shinjuku Stations), and Nippori and Nishi-nippori Stations on the Nippori-Toneri Liner.
※ Telephone interpretation services are offered through the stationmaster's office.
