The Tamagawa Power Plant No.3 is in Ome City, Tokyo.
It generates power by using the water sent through the conduit from the Shiromaru Reservoir.
The power plant is annexed to the Electrical Power Generation Office, Bureau of Transportation, Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
