Tourist Information Center (TIC)

The Tourist Information Center provides information about the area around the station, how to use the subway and various other transportation facilities, tourist information, and distributes various information booklets. Commuter tickets and tickets for travelers are also sold.

Ueno Okachimachi Station, Oedo Line
(Exit the ticket gate at JR Okachimachi station, and proceed right to exit A6)

8:00 to 20:00 (open year-round)

• (2)Ticket sales (Special tickets such as "Tokyo Subway Ticket" and "Greater Tokyo Pass"*, commuter passes)
  • *The "Tokyo Subway Ticket" and "Greater Tokyo Pass" will be sold, to foreign visitors only, after their passport has been checked.
