1．Minowa Station Exit 3 by Hibiya Line, Tokyo Metro.

2．Cross the intersection of Ozeki Yokocho in front of you.

3．Go to the right, following the JR guard in front of you.

4．After following the guard for a while, you will find the retro building on the left.
This is (Ō-den Building), the former headquarters of Oji electric railway, Arakawa line.
