ARAKAWA AMUSEMENT PARK Water Playground
A gentle stream flows along a mild slope, making it a favorite summer spot for kids to enjoy playing in the water! With a gazebo nearby, it’s also a great place to take a break and cool off.
3-min. walk from Arakawa-yuenchimae Stop on the Tokyo Sakura Tram (Toden Arakawa Line)
Operating hours: 9:00–17:00
Closed days: No closed days during summer vacation. (Closed on Tuesdays otherwise, or the following day if Tuesday is a holiday).

Hikarigaoka Park Waterscape facility
Keyaki Square features fountains and flowing water with shallow depths, making it safe for small children to play.

Tatekawa Kasenshiki park Jabu-jabu Pond
A waterside park located beneath the elevated Metropolitan Expressway Route 7. You can play in the water at Jabu-jabu Pond. Elementary school children and older can enjoy canoe/kayak rides (for a fee) in the park!

Available period: Jabu-jabu Pond is open until September 14 (Sunday)

Oyokogawa-shinsui Park Jabu-jabu Pond
This water playground uses river water taken from the Kitajukken River. It’s a popular spot bustling with many children enjoying playing in the water during the summer.
5-min. walk from Honjo-azumabashi Station on the Toei Asakusa Line, 10-min. walk from Oshiage Station on the Toei Asakusa line
Available period: July through September (Water flows year-round, and chlorination is conducted from May to November)

Minumadai Shinsui Park Jabu-jabu Pond
This park features about 1.7 km of connected waterways where visitors can enjoy playing in the water. In summer, the adorable semicircular Jabu-jabu Pond for toddlers is open.
