The Tourist Information Center provides information and materials in several languages to ensure your trip is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Staff at the TIC can provide information on station facilities, transportation use, ticket purchasing advice, and tourist suggestions. Tickets such as the "Tokyo Subway Ticket" and "Greater Tokyo Pass" are sold here to foreign visitors who bring along their passports. Regular tickets and commuter passes are also available.

- Oedo Line Ueno Okachimachi Station (Exit the ticket gate for JR Okachimachi Station, go to the right, and before the A6 exit)
- Asakusa Line Shimbashi station (Exit the ticket gate for JR shimbashi station and Shiodome area, go to the right)
- Oedo Line Shinjuku-nishiguchi station (Exit the ticket gate for JR Shinjuku station and go up the escalator next to the station staff room)
