The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Transportation has installed a baby stroller rental service called Babycal at Ueno-Okachimachi Station on the Toei Oedo Line. This marks the first time in Japan for Babycal to be made available at a subway station. In this way, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Transportation continues to help create an environment where our passengers accompanied by small children can use the Toei Subway in comfort and without concern.
