This facility was born in 2020 under the railway overpass connecting Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree®. Adjoining Sumida Park and the hydrophilic terrace alongside the Kitajikkengawa River, this restful space includes restaurants that make the most of their appealing environment, as well as cafes where you can enjoy sports while you relax, and accommodation facilities.

People can often be seen doing physical activities while enjoying the seasonal scenery provided by these vast park grounds, which cover an area 13 times the size of Tokyo Dome. Creating an environment as close to nature as possible in the park's approx. 2.4 hectare bird sanctuary has produced a habitat where not only birds but also various other creatures live.

This representative Edo period daimyo garden was created by Yanagisawa Yoshiyasu for the fifth Tokugawa shogun, Tokugawa Tsunayoshi.Modeled after Wakanoura—a scenic area of the Kishu domain—and landscapes depicted in waka poetry, these gardens feature scenery that transforms with the seasons and is reflected in the surface of the large Daisensuipond with the Nakanoshima Island, emphasizing its mesmerizing beauty.

Covering approx. 10 hectares in Yanaka’sTeramachi (temple district), this cemetery was established in 1874 and is currently managed by the Tokyo metropolitan government. Comprising an interweaving of burial plots for two historical Buddhist temples, this tranquil cemetery is the final resting place of many famous people, including industrialist Shibusawa Eiichi, as well as novelists, artists, and actors.
