Following the moat of the former Edo Castle, this jogging course encircles the Imperial Palace. Although there is no official starting point, the rule is to run in an anticlockwise direction. The course's attractions include the Edo Castle ruins, spot-billed ducks on the surface of the moat, and the bunch of tall Marunouchi-area business buildings creating a cityscape unique to the heart of Tokyo.

Surrounded by verdant greenery and with no traffic lights to stop for, this easy-to-run course comprises a lap around the wall encircling the Meiji Memorial Picture Gallery and Rubber-Ball Baseball Field. Nearby are many sporting facilities, beginning with the Japan National Stadium and baseball, rugby, and tennis facilities, which naturally boosting your motivation.

Running around Freedom Plaza with its oval shape, this approx. 800-meter-long course is beloved as a jogging spot with gently undulating slopes. For those who need more than the course inside the park, we also recommend going a little farther, following the approx. 1.5 km walking path along the park's outer edge to Arakawa Riverbed.

Beginning from the front of the Takeshiba Passenger Ship Terminal, this course follows the Yurikamome Line, crossing over Tokyo Bay along the Rainbow Bridge and finishing at the “Statue of Liberty” in Odaiba. With few tall buildings to block the view, the clear blue sky expands over the riverbed. This course is also used for athletic meets, and in places, a line has been drawn down the center of the wide, easy-to-run road. Even on weekdays you can see many runners feeling the breeze as they race along this course.

Boasting a rich natural environment, this park is home to ducks, gray herons, and other wild birds during the winter months. Within the park is a 735-meter-long jogging course skirting fields and dragonfly ponds. Marker posts are located every 100 meters along the course, which is also used by many people who love to walk.
