When strong shaking is expected to occur or is detected, the train will be safely halted. Some restrictions may be placed, such as running at reduced speed and shut down of operation, depending on the intensity of the earthquake. The train will resume operation once safety is confirmed.

Subway trains are made of fire-retardant and melt-resistant materials. If a fire breaks out while the train is running, the train will proceed to the nearest station as soon as possible and allows passengers to evacuate from the train after it arrives. In case of emergency, passengers can evacuate from the train using the doors at the front of the first car and at the back of the last car, respectively, following the instructions of the crew members.
In case of emergency
If a person falls onto the tracks, press the emergency stop button on the platform so that a train can come to an emergency stop.
